Located in the heart of Kaštel Novi right on the seafront, Konoba Intrada has been preserving the tradition of Dalmatian food for years. Our passion is fresh local ingredients and recipes passed down through generations.

From fields and sea to the table
We work exclusively with local fishermen and family farms (OPGs). We believe that fresh, homemade ingredients from Kaštela are the foundation of any true Dalmatian cuisine.
Tradition on the Grill
Hearth, fire and patience
There are no shortcuts. Our peka is prepared for hours under real embers, and the fish is grilled with a sprig of rosemary and a drop of homemade olive oil.
